Shipping Details:

Standard shipping takes 7-14 business days for delivery. UPS 2 day shipping please allow 2-3 days. All orders are packed and ready for shippment with 2 business days (holidays and weekends excluded) of payment being processed. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped. It can take the carrier 24 hours to get the tracking information into their system.

Shipping to Canada takes about 2 - 3 weeks and are only shipped out 1 day per week. Standard shipping days for Canada is Thursday.

Returns

Our goal here is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are not happy with your order you may return it to us for a store credit. To take advatage of the no risk 30 day guarantee you must fill out the return authorization form. Any return sent back to us with out a Return Authorization number will be refused. Your credit will be your cost less shipping. The return must be in resellable condition to receive full credit.
